When Papa comes home for lunch he likes to take a little nap, usually only Madie goes and stuggles, but Papa called me up too and gave me scratches on my ear!

China and the Toy

Hey, I don't know what that toy is doing in front of me...I don't play with toys...Mom tried to catch me "playing" HA whatever...she shouldn't even bother trying to "catch" me on video! I'm too smart!!! I know when the camera comes out!!!
By the way all you doggies out there with little pest-ah-er-siblings...you all know I was just keeping the toy form Madie right? Heeheehee...just about to preform a "minor" surgery for her toy...you know just put it out of commission that's all...

My sister's a blog hog!

Hi everypuppy! I had Mom take this cute photo of me since Madie has been a blog hog lately! Really I don't mind so much since she is the entertainer, as long as I get petted and extra food perks and stuff. Mom also says that whenever I do cool stuff she doesn't have the camera and if she goes and gets it I quit doing what it was....and Madie does silly stuff all the time. Mom likes it when I make this face she says "Oh what a cute little fuzzy muzzie" and then she pets me...I love it!

Almost Forgotten

Here is the story of last night when Madie was Almost Forgotten and froze to death.

Papa let us out to potty, but Madie took too long just sniffing around so I came back in and Papa went to do something and forgot about Madie! Mom didn't know all this and was turning out the lights to go to bed, she told me "China go get Papa" but I wouldn't listen and she kept telling me, but I wouldn't go I told Mom "OUTSIDE OUTSIDE" of coarse I can't talk so I would go to the door and told her with body language. She seemed to understand so she opened the back door and saw Madie!!! Then she told me to get Papa thinking Papa was out there and I said "NO he's not out there I ain't going out there!" And then Papa came downstairs and that's how Mom knew I was making sure Madie did not get forgotten and frozen to death.
Papa gave us some yummies since he forgot Madie, and cuz I let Mom know she was out there.

My Polypros

Hey everybody!!! How do you like my polypros? My Papa made them himself out of a old polypro shirt he had! They keep me nice and warm! At first I didn't like it, but then once I found out how they kept me nice and warm I don't mind having it on and I like them now!

Lazy Day

Just having a lazy day lounging on my Sofa...By the way that bone was a early Christmas gift my Mom and Papa got at a random gift exchange they were at! They are good parents to think of us!

Assist Protect Defend

Assist Protect Defend
Yesterday on our walk we got to meet a MP! MP is Military Police. He was doing his duty patrolling the neighborhood and keeping it safe. He liked us too and got down so we could meet him and we both liked him very much. I (China) don't like just anyone and I really liked him so much that I wanted him to pet me! I knew we were on the same page because the MP's motto is Assist, Protect, Defend and that is my motto too! I think that job is the coolest ever! Mom says I do my duty very well and always Assist, Protect, and Defend whenever needed. I would sign up to be his K9 but I already have the most important job in the world to be my Mom and Papa's K9 and I love it. Oh and Madie was going bonkers over him like a nut, she's always a nut but she was really nuttier than nutty. I guess I can't blame her too much cuz I had stars in my eyes too. We wish we could have gotten a photo with the MP but Mom and Papa didn't have the camera since we were on our evening walk. But we are glad we got to tell the MP how much we appreciate what he does.

Nose Patrol

Today when I was on my daily Nose Patrol I spotted something!

So I went into stealth mode and hid behind some cover to spy a little closer...can you guess what I saw?

BIRDS! And they are just sitting there yakin' it up with each other! Do you think they could be spies?

Our Interview by Zim of the AO4

Hi everybody! Cool Zim from AO4 is giving us an interview! Here are his questions!

1. Your mom is a real talented, creative lady! Do either of you get to help her with her projects?
Well Zimmie, this is a tough question...
China: I always watch over and protect Mom from any harm so while she is being creative I keep watch...it's a very important job! I also will sneak in some of my fur to try and help but she always picks it off...I don't know why because I think it adds a nice texture to her work!
Madie: Umm most of the time I'm snoozing on the couch while Mom does her work, BUT I do sometimes try to find out what she's doing and see if she needs any help. I give her play breaks too(I'm sure you know how important a quick game of tug is for creativity). Sometimes I sneak up on the table and look over what she's doing, I try not to mess anything up and if Mom finds out she gets mad at me for getting up on the table.

2. Madie, how do you like California?

California is grrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeaaAATTT!!! I get to sniff all kinds of different stuff like bunny trails and lizard stomping grounds! AND we get to go for WAY more walks out here it's way fun! Oh and we get to check all kinds of pee-mail!3. China, you lived there before, didn't you? Do you remember stuff there?

Oh yeah, I was one happy Dog when I saw the desert again! I love it out here and I want to chase Jack Rabbits again but Mom and Papa won't let me. Oh and lizards too! I love not having to walk in grass all the time too...grass is kinda icky and it's seems to be always wet.

4. Is one of you the alpha over the other? And if so, who reigns supreme?

China: HAHA Of course I am the Queen! I'm bigger, I'm older, I have big teeth and I ain't afraid to use 'em! But of course I let my puppy do stuff like a good Queen always does.
Madie: Well China may be the Queen but she's just a figurehead like any royalty is...I am the true mastermind! I may roll over for her, but I always get my way...eventually.

5. Any cool bugs there in the desert?

Crickets, we love to chase the crickets, and silver fish...oh and earwigs!

In our new home!

Hi everypuppy! Sorry we haven't blogged in a long time, we tried to get Mom to post for us but she kept putting it off. Sure wish we could do it ourselves!

This picture of us is at the very top of our new stairs we sometimes wait up there if Mom or Papa keep going back and forth. The stairs are fun to run up but it does get a little tiring.

We got a cool back yard too it's got lots of places to sniff with rocks and a patch of grass too.The sprinklers make a puddle in the back too and it's fun to walk through and stuff. Mom doesn't like that much...heehee!

California here we come!

The house was all empty and Mom and Papa were putting everything left in the car...we didn't know if we were going or gonna be left behind! These are our best "please take us with you" faces...and guess what!?!?! It worked and we got to go!

Madie got to drive a little too. We left Georgia, drove through Alabamhama, and pee'd in Mississi-pee...

Passed by Okalahohoma, skipped through Texlexus...

Snoozed throuh New Meheeco, flew throuh Arizarona...

...and after 5 days of driving FINALLY got to California!!!

Ivy's Ave and Tanner's Car

Guess what? Papa was in Alabama and saw a road called Ivy Ave...we wonder if Ivy knows she has an Ave!
OH and then Mom saw a car that had a license plate that said TANNER so we think Tanner might be leading a double life and moonlighting in South Carolina! Too bad she didn't get a photo!

Hey! Where did our stuff go?!

Mom gave us some Frosty Paws for being banished outside and it was hot but at least we had shade while the "movers" were here.

While we were banished in the backyard today the "movers" took all our stuff! We think they should be called "takers" instead!!!

What's goin' on with our stuff?

Well lately there have been these people coming to our home and Mom says they are movers and they must be cuz they move around our stuff and put stuff in boxes and everything! We end up banished in our kennels or in the backyard! That's so not fair! The ruby slippers got packed up too so we never got to try out our theory...bummer! Well, last time this happened we also went for a long car ride and lived in a new place...we wonder will the new place be fun? Mom says it's all the way on the other side of the country in California!
